Ordering Products

Q: How do I place an order?
A:
You can place an order by phone, fax, mail, email, or online.

By phone: Call Customer Service toll-free at 877-322-8020 anytime between 9AM and 6PM Eastern time. When you call, be prepared to provide the title and product code or ISBN of the products you would like to purchase along with the shipping and billing addresses. Phone orders must be prepaid with a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. We are sorry, purchase orders cannot be accepted over the phone.

By fax: Send your order to 877-888-5130 at any time. Faxed order forms must be sent with the credit card information completed. Purchase orders on school or district letterhead containing an authorized signature are accepted without prepayment. All authorized POs will be accepted on Net 30 terms.

By mail: Send your completed order form with the credit card information completed, or with a purchase order on school letterhead containing an authorized signature to:

By email: Send your purchase order on school letterhead containing an authorized signature to orders@millmarkeducation.com. Please note this is not an encrypted address so please do not send credit card information to this email.

Online: Millmark Education is able to accept Purchase Orders and credit card payments online. Simply add products to your shopping cart and follow the check-out process to order your materials. If you are a new customer and paying via Purchase Order, we will require a faxed or mailed authorized Purchase Order before processing the first online order.

Q: I want to order a book, but it doesn’t seem to be available yet. What should I do?
A: If a title is not yet published or temporarily out of stock, we will backorder it for you, and you will only be billed once the item has shipped. You may also indicate a backorder cancellation date on your order form or Purchase Order. If you do not accept backorders, please indicate so when your order is placed.

Q: Can I buy a single copy of a Student Book?
A: At this time, we only offer single copies as replacements for lost or damaged Student Books. Please contact Customer Service at 877-322-8020 if you need a replacement.

Sales Tax

Q: Are there any Sales Tax charges?
A: Yes. Your local sales tax rates will be calculated and added at time of order processing unless an appropriate tax exemption certificate has been furnished to Millmark Education.

Q: What are your Payment Terms?
A: School accounts are payable within 30 days, subject to credit approval. Finance charges will apply to late payments.

Shipping and Handling

Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Standard shipping time for orders within the United States is approximately two weeks for in-stock items following receipt of purchase order. All orders ship via UPS Ground. Please contact Customer Service at 877-322-8020 for information about international delivery times or rush shipments.

Q: Are there any Shipping and Handling charges?
A: Yes. Shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice as a separate item. Orders up to $2,499.99 please add 10% shipping and handling. Orders $2,500+ please add 8% shipping and handling. There is a $5 minimum shipping and handling charge on all orders. Rush shipments and international shipments will incur a surcharge. Please call Customer Service at  877-322-8050 for more details.

Q: I want to return my purchase. Where do I send it?
A: We invite you to review any product on a 30-day approval basis. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product to:

Refunds or credit will be issued only after we receive confirmation that the products are still in saleable condition. We recommend you return the product via a trackable method such as FedEx or UPS. Millmark Education is not responsible for lost returns.

If you feel that the return is necessary due to an error by Millmark Education, please contact us toll-free at 877-322-8020 to arrange for the return at our expense.

All returns must contain one of the following so your account can be accurately credited:

  • A copy of the original packing slip with any items being returned marked as such
  • A printout showing your original order number that lists the items being returned

International Orders

Q: My school is located outside of the United States. Can I still order your products?
A: Yes, however, all orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency. International orders will incur a 3% shipping and handling surcharge. For more information, please contact us at info@millmarkeducation.com.

Q: My school requires a W-9 be on hand before I can place an order. How do I get that?
A: There are several ways to get a W-9 form from Millmark:

1. You can download a W-9 form by clicking here.
2. If you prefer to receive it via fax, please contact Customer Service at 877-322-8020 or custserv@millmarkeducation.com.
3. If you have a school-specific vendor form that needs to be completed, please fax it to 877-888-5130, attn: Customer Service, or email it to custserv@millmarkeducation.com.

Reading Levels and Standards Correlations

Q: How do I determine book levels?
A: You can easily compare book levels by using our Reading Level Chart. Leveling information is also available on the individual product pages on our website. Additionally, all student books have the leveling information printed on the inside front cover.

Q: How can I figure out which standards will be covered by using your products?
A: All our Student Books have been correlated to State and National Standards. Our online search tool allows you to conduct a Search by Standard or a Search by Product. Both will provide results showing you what State and National Standards are covered by using our products. Click here to search the correlations.
