Orders can be placed via phone, fax, mail, or email.

By phone: Call Customer Service at 1-877-322-8020 anytime between 9AM and 6PM Eastern time. When you call, have your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card ready, along with the names and numbers of the products you would like to purchase, and the shipping and billing addresses.

By fax: Send your completed order form to 1-877-888-5130 at any time. Faxed orders must be sent with the credit card information completed, or with a purchase order on school letterhead containing an authorized signature.

By mail: Send your completed order form with the credit card information completed, or with a purchase order on school letterhead containing an authorized signature to:
