HOW TO ORDER
NEW! ORDER ONLINE
Millmark Education now provides the ability to order online. While looking through our site, click the “Add to Cart” button next to a product. At any time, you can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the “shopping cart” button located in the upper right corner throughout our site. When you are ready to checkout, click the "proceed to checkout" button within your shopping cart.
Security
All transactions collected during the online purchase process are made using a secure server, and all information collected is stored in a secure server. Our site encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology designed by Comodo. To verify our SSL certificate, please click anywhere you see the a lock icon represented in your browser during login or checkout.
ORDER BY PHONE, FAX, MAIL, EMAIL, OR ONLINE
By phone: Call Customer Service toll-free at 877-322-8020 anytime between 9AM and 6PM Eastern time. When you call, be prepared to provide the title and product code or ISBN of the products you would like to purchase along with the shipping and billing addresses. Phone orders must be prepaid with a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. We are sorry, purchase orders cannot be accepted over the phone.
By fax: Send your order to 877-888-5130 at any time. Faxed order forms must be sent with the credit card information completed. Purchase orders on school or district letterhead containing an authorized signature are accepted without prepayment. All authorized POs will be accepted on Net 30 terms.

SALES TAX
Your local sales tax rates will be calculated and added at the time of order processing unless an appropriate tax exemption certificate has been furnished to Millmark Education.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Standard shipping time for orders within the United States is approximately two weeks for in-stock items following receipt of purchase order. All orders ship via UPS Ground. Please contact Customer Service at 877-322-8020 for information about international delivery times or rush shipments.
Shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice as a separate item. Orders up to $2,499.99 please add 10% shipping and handling. Orders $2,500+ please add 8% shipping and handling. There is a $5 minimum shipping and handling charge on all orders. Rush shipments and international shipments will incur a surcharge. Please call 1-877-322-8050 for more details.
PAYMENT TERMS AND ADDRESS
School accounts are payable within 30 days, subject to credit approval. Finance charges will apply to late payments. Orders not submitted as an authorized Purchase Order must be prepaid at the time of order using a credit card or check.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are accepted, however, all orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency. International orders will incur a 3% shipping and handling surcharge. For more information, please contact us at info@millmarkeducation.com.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Orders placed via phone, fax, or mail can be tracked by calling Customer Service at 877-322-8020. Be prepared to provide the order number (provided over the phone for all phone orders) or the Purchase Order number. Orders placed online can be tracked by signing into your account and choosing order history.
PRICING
All prices stated in this catalog are applicable only in the United States, its possessions and its outlying areas. All prices are in U.S. funds. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be in U.S. funds only. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be added to the invoice unless an appropriate tax exemption certificate has been furnished to Millmark Education. Millmark Education cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
BACKORDERS
If a title is not yet published or temporarily out of stock, we will backorder it for you, and you will be billed once the item has shipped. If you do not accept backorders, please indicate so when your order is placed. You may also indicate a backorder cancellation date on your order form or Purchase Order.
RETURNS

We invite you to review any product on a 30-day approval basis. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product to:

Refunds or credit will be issued only after we receive confirmation that the products are still in saleable condition. We recommend you return the product via a trackable method such as FedEx or UPS. Millmark Education is not responsible for lost returns.
If you feel that the return is necessary due to an error by Millmark Education, please contact us toll-free at 877-322-8020 to arrange for the return at our expense.
All returns must contain one of the following so your account can be accurately credited:
- A copy of the original packing slip with any items being returned marked as such
- A printout showing your original order number that lists the items being returned
