Accelerate Academic Vocabulary Development with Vocabulary Boosters
Use Vocabulary Boosters to help students master academic vocabulary and language skills while preparing them to learn and talk about standards-based, middle-level science concepts.
Each set provides 100 instructionally-rich vocabulary cards that can be used independently, in pairs, or in small groups. Each card highlights a science vocabulary word and asks students to use it in a context sentence. On the reverse side, the vocabulary word is highlighted along with various forms of the word, such as plural form or multiple meanings.
